Wapose Medical Services utilizes specialized vehicles for our customer's needs. Wapose provides standby and transportation services with various vehicles and equipment ranging from Heavy Duty 4x4 trucks, 4x4 ambulances, and Modular ambulances to Stationary First-Aid rooms. All of our vehicles are equipped with modern equipment and exceed standards of Alberta Health, Occupational Health and Safety, and Workers Compensation Board. If required we will provided a First Aid station that will accommodate a 24/7 medical attendant, trained and equipped to Basic and Advanced Life Support complete with 12 lead ECG, IV Infusion pumps, First line Cardiac and Symptomatic relief medications and more equipment if needed.

All equipment can endure the harsh environment of Canada's rugged north. Each unit is clearly marked as an Emergency Response Vehicle, with our company name and phone number, which makes them easily identifiable to anyone who required Medical Assistance.

The companies fleet is maintained on a regular schedule through a mechanical check that is completed at the start of each shift. In addition, each unit is thoroughly inspected before going in and returning from the field by a certified mechanic at the local dealership. Every Mobile Treatment Center is a 4x4 new model truck that meets or exceeds all Transport Canada Standards. These trucks have onboard hardwired GPS tracking, on LSD maps, with route tracing, so getting lost is a thing off the past for us. Each truck also comes with radios(truck mounted and handheld), cellular boosted phones, and internet capability, so we are always able to communicate.

In the event that we do have a vehicle fault, we will have an interprovincial licenced mechanic on site within hours. Being a local company also means should we need a replacement it is hours away, not days to come from another province or "down south".
